We strive to provide quality products and services. Because our website offers books, merchandise, event tickets, and donations, different policies apply to different offerings.

Books

If a book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or additional information to evaluate the issue.

Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Apparel and Merchandise

Many merchandise products are custom-made through print-on-demand and third-party fulfillment partners.

Because these products are produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

●       Buyer’s remorse

●       Incorrect size selection

●       Preference changes

However, we will work with customers regarding:

●       Manufacturing defects

●       Printing defects

●       Damaged products

●       Incorrect items received

Claims should be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Event Tickets

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

●       Event tickets are non-refundable.

●       Tickets may be transferable if permitted by event organizers.

If an event is canceled by the organizer, attendees may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option at the organizer's discretion.

Donations

Donations made through this website support the charitable and educational mission of Zayas Dream Project Inc. Donations are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved at our discretion.

For specific product initiatives, including the purchase of the book, 100% of the revenue and all profit generated from this book will be distributed to needy children to provide essential resources, nutrition, and vital support.
